Close to Monteleone d’Orvieto,  Casa del Leone is a beautifully renovated house for 6 (max. 8) people with a swimming pool, BBQ, and pizza oven.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, and a spacious sitting area with a lounge sofa, overflowing into the dining area. The luxury kitchen has a stove, a convection oven, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and two luxurious bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and toilets. All windows have mosquito nets and shutters. One of the two bedrooms has two sofa beds for a 7th and 8th person. There is a baby cot and a baby chair.

All kinds of comfortable seating areas have been created around the house. A dining table with eight chairs with a large parasol is at the side of the house. In the front is a covered terrace with lounge sofas. At the pool a lot of lying and sitting space is available. The pool area also has a covered terrace. The house is equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The pool and the garden around the house are cleaned and maintained for the guests. Under the house is a technical room with a washing machine and a dryer that guests can use.
